New Casino Table Games to be Introduced in Louisiana

LAS VEGAS, March 5, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Galaxy Gaming, Inc. (GLXZ), announced today it has received approval from the Louisiana Gaming Control Board to provide its products to casinos in the state. The Las Vegas-based company is the world's second-largest developer, manufacturer and distributor of cutting-edge products for the casino industry, including casino table games, enhanced game systems and e-Tables.

Products likely to be introduced into Louisiana include popular casino games Lucky Ladies, Texas Shootout, Emperor's Challenge, Deuces Wild, 21+3, Bonus Craps and High Card Flush, which was awarded Best New Table Game of 2012 by Casino Journal. In addition, Galaxy intends to offer the company's innovative and enhanced electronic wagering platforms and systems including Bonus Jackpot System, Inter-Casino Jackpot System and MEGA-Share System.

"With nearly 800 tables in 16 casinos, the Louisiana market has been underserved by specialty table game companies," stated Lori Daley, Regional Sales Manager for Galaxy. "Every year, Louisiana operators would visit our booth at the annual Southern Gaming Summit in Biloxi and would literally beg us to serve Louisiana. The pent-up demand for our products was truly self-evident. I am ecstatic to be able to now supply that demand."

Jeff Kowalchuk, Enterprise Vice President of Table Games for Caesars Entertainment (CZR) states, "We are extremely pleased to now be able to offer Galaxy Gaming's suite of table games to our valued guests in Louisiana." Caesars operates casinos in Bossier City and New Orleans.

Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (PNK) operates casinos in Baton Rouge, Bossier City, Lake Charles and New Orleans and will soon be offering Galaxy's products to its guests. "We are happy to hear that Galaxy Gaming has been approved for their Louisiana gaming license," said Gary Stella, V.P. of Casino Operations for Pinnacle. Galaxy's games may be available to play as soon as this month.

In addition to Pinnacle and Caesars, Boyd Gaming (BOYD), Isle of Capri Casinos (ISLE) and Penn National Gaming (PENN) all have sizable gaming operations in Louisiana and all use Galaxy's games in other jurisdictions. "We are delighted to be able to expand our relationship with all of our clients and to be able to fulfill their long-standing desire to use our products in the Bayou State," said Galaxy's CEO, Robert Saucier. "This approval is a meaningful event for this company. To put the significance of this in perspective, one needs to recognize that Galaxy's leadership team has identified six important events that could contribute appreciably to our ambitious objectives for 2013 -- three of which we anticipate could be implemented in the first half of the year. Our expansion into Louisiana is one of those important events."
